Job Description

We are recruiting for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to join a growing sales team based in Kettering. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between various stakeholders.

There is a lot to learn in this role and the position requires excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to help drive our sales efforts effectively.

Duties

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including maintaining customer databases.
  • Managing customer enquiry calls and emails.
  • Coordinate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including tracking leads and follow-ups.
  • Day to day office administrative duties.

Skills

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Previous experience in a sales administration or similar role is advantageous but not essential.
  • Able to work at a fast pace.
